A dynamic, results-oriented executive, Jill brings diverse and extensive experience in leadership roles in strategic marketing and communications.

Jill founded Coaching and Consulting with Jillysue in 2023 after she successfully completed the Coach U, Inc. intensive training course, accredited through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) to help others reach their goals and tap into their fullest potential. In her prior roles, she used coaching philosophies to help develop team members adapt to change and achieve results.
 

Prior to forming Coaching and Consulting with Jillysue, she served as VP Marketing and Communications and led a team of 28 in distribution marketing, media relations, internal communications, executive visibility, content creation, digital marketing, recruiting support, field training, product marketing, competitive intelligence, events and conferences, advanced planning and creative services.

Passionate to help women overcome common challenges they face in the workplace, she helped launch the company’s associate resource group for women and was responsible for programming to educate, inspire and empower. She also led a program to develop women in senior leadership. In addition, she was selected to co-lead the company’s Ellequate certification to create a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace.

Jill graduated from Miami University with a bachelor’s degree in political science and earned a miniMBA certificate.
 

To quench her creativity, Jill dabbles in photography and handmade art. She and her husband are recent empty nesters and live in Cincinnati, Ohio. They like to hang out with family (including their two dogs) and friends, go to concerts, camp and travel. They also enjoy tailgating at the University of Cincinnati and Arizona State University with their three kids.
